Not me Monday (Again?)

I will not admit that I did not figure out how to link Not Me Mondays yet.

I did NOT serve sandwiches to my kids 3 nights this week and I definitely did not have them make it themselves!

I did NOT leave "F" on my bed and leave the room, because I KNOW he is rolling, and he did NOT just take his first fall.

"D" did not hit, pinch and kick me in church on Sunday and I did not think about just spanking him then and there right in front of the whole congregation. I did not get up in the middle of church and pull his ear to get him to follow me out and I did NOT yell at him where everyone could probably still hear me! No not me because I would have calmly walked him out to the van and talked to him about his behaviour and NOT have lost control.

Not Me Monday....

I found this neat little thing called not me Monday...unfortunately I can not link it to my site yet because I would never admit that I am NOT computer illiterate; so I figure I will just do my own Not Me Monday for today and mess around with the link when I have more time...



I did NOT allow my 6mos. old entertain himself with my humidifier while I worked on the computer, and he did NOT dump all the water on himself...No not me.






I also did NOT let my daughter use "F" as her own personal doll this weekend.....

And NO those are not his sisters underwear on his head.

I hope this make some of you smile, maybe out right laugh...I did. Aren't kids GREAT!

Parenting......

I love, love, LOVE, being a mom. My children are truly a great blessing to me. But I tell you days like today I would not mind being a beach bum with no one but myself to worry about. (And for those reading this, if you feel this way once in awhile...its not bad parenting, it's real parenting!)

It started this morning with "C" and "E" at each others throat, those two are like two peas in a pod. "D" is constantly yelling..MOM, MOM, MOM where is that where is this, can you do this. And "F" is on his fourth night of no sleep, teething, and having his first cold...and yes I have a green streak on my shoulder from his nose. I definitely would not come even close to qualifying for a beauty contest since this is also my fourth night of little sleep...those little rubber bands that hold back your hair were great little inventions!

And yes Pa...I know I need to appreciate every moment because time goes too fast, I just have to look at my ten year old to know this...But I really could use a vacation today.....Like Hawaii?!?

Anyway just had to share part of my day with every one....maybe I'll go take a nap now.
