A little of everything.....

It seems like I have a lot of time today to "play" on the computer...or am I just being lazy and ignoring my house work, my kids, etc? I'll play the innocent and say my house is spotless and my kids are behaving like perfect angels and allowing mom to play on the computer.

Now here is a picture of the cutest baby...I say this because he has yet to say a word to me or start thinking for himself (which usually leads to disasters, just ask my other kids)! Of course I thought all my other babies were the cutest at this age also. I can not believe he is already 8 months old!

Now doesn't she look like a prema ballerina with all the attitude. She is my ham and loves to take pictures! We won't mention the fact that she was totally devastated on Christmas that Santa brought everyone a wii and we also will not mention the fact that she has her mom wrapped around her little finger. When she asked if she had been bad this year because Santa did not bring her what she wanted, what do you think mom did (with the help of papa), yup she went out the next day and got her the muffin maker she wanted....not spoiled at all!

Had to bribe this one with the baby to even get him in a picture...REALLY dislikes having his picture taken. Christmas break has been a strain, this is our child that does not do well with change, so this change in schedule from school to no school has

thrown him for a loop. This is the one who takes between a month to two to adjust to being back in school. He was also the one who jumped up and down screaming Christmas morning because he had received his wish of a wii for Christmas.

Our oldest.....what can I say we are rapidly entering the tween years and he has the attitude to go along with it, maybe perhaps he is getting us ready for the teen years? He received his guitar for Christmas and is anxious to get back to school so his band teacher can give him some extra lessons. "C" loves music he play the Baritone in band, he played the flute for a while, he plays the piano and now he wants to learn the guitar.
New Years Resolutions:

  1. Drink only two Mountain Dews a week (hmm......maybe I'm starting too hard, I do drink one a day)!?!
  2. Eat 5 fruits and veggies a day.
  3. Drink 8 glasses of water
  4. Take my vitamins regularly
  5. Walk 3 times a week (tricky with the weather).

I am going to try REALLY REALLY hard to follow these. I'll keep you updated on how things are going.

Have a happy New Years everyone. I am going to go drink a Mountain Dew since I decided I am going to cut back starting tomorrow! :)

Oh and also....cuddle duds are the best things ever invented, even if they make you look like a grandma underneath your clothes, they keep you toasty warm!
